Grace: The Son’s work on the cross

Love: The Father’s invitation

Fellowship: The Spirit’s daily ministry

Daily Rhythm Guide

Morning: Begin with grace - Son

Scripture: Meditate on Ephesians 2:4-9 “But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” (ESV)

Prayer: “Lord Jesus, thank You for Your grace. Help me to recognize it today. Not by my effort but by Your gift.”

Practice: Journal one way you’ll extend grace to yourself and someone else today.

Afternoon: Rest in Love - Father

Be still: Be still and step away from distractions. Take a few moments during a break, lunch, or free period to spend time with Him.

Prayer: “Father, I rest in Your love. Remind me that I am Your Child and that you determine who I am.”

Practice: Recall 2-3 ways God’s love has shone up already for you today (Big or small). Write them down or say them out loud, thanking Him for them.

Evening: Walk in Fellowship - Spirit

Scripture: Meditate on Galatians 5:16-18 “But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.” (ESV)

Prayer: “Holy Spirit, thank You for being with me today. Where did I follow Your lead? Where did I resist? Help me to recognize you more tomorrow than I did today.”

Practice: Do a reflection journal. Notice moments you sensed God’s presence and times you ignored Him. Write down a few ways, steps, or tools you can use to help notice the Spirit better tomorrow. Then, call or text a friend to encourage them by sharing what the Spirit showed you for today and what tomorrow might hold for you.
